Reservation Information
Rates are quoted in US Dollars and include all taxes.
For payment of reservation, we accept personal checks or credit card payment via PayPal.com (see below).
Deposits / Payments
50% deposit of total stay is required to hold your reservation.
50% final payment must be received no later than three (3) days before arrival. (Note: we are not able to receive cash payments at the casa.)

Registration is easy, service is secure and reliable, and there are no fees for this transaction.

We will acknowledge receipt of your payment and send your reservation confirmation within 24 hours of receipt of deposit.
Refund Policy
- Receipt of 60-day notice of cancellation - 100% refund (less any fee associated with transfer of funds via PayPal.com)
- Receipt of 45-day notice of cancellation - 100% refund
- Receipt of 30-day notice of cancellation - 75% refund
- Receipt of 15-day notice of cancellation - 50% refund
- Less than 7 day notice of cancellation - no refund will be available although a limited credit toward a future stay at the inn will be offered
Arrival Time
- 1:00PM Arrival/Check-In / 11:00AM Check-Out
- Your paid accommodations will be held for your arrival, but if you will arrive later than 6:00PM, please advise us by email or by telephone.
Children over the age of 10 years are welcome as our guests.
Smoking - Smoking is permitted only on open air terrazas and private balconies.
